Originally from Boston, I started my college education in St Louis at Washington University. I transferred back to MassArt in Boston, and earned my BFA Degree in Graphic Design. Years later, I went to Harvard University Extension and earned a Certificate of Special Studies in Business Administration. My career started in the educational publishing field as a Book Designer and Print Production Manager. I managed a staff, as well as suppliers in the design, illustration, prepress and printing areas.

The next chapter of my career led me to Packaging Management at Polaroid Corporation in Cambridge, MA. I handled all the global consumer film packaging and marketing materials, directed designers & printers. I participated in cross-functional internal teams. My clients were Marketing Managers for Domestic, International and Industrial consumers.

From Polaroid, I was recruited to Boise, ID to be the Retail Packaging Manager at Ore-Ida Foods, a division of HJ Heinz. My role supported Marketing Managers for all retail packaging. I worked with cross-functional teams to support business development, production planning, factory schedules, vendor costs and fluctuating lead times. After turning down an offer to relocate to HJ Heinz in Pittsburgh PA, I migrated to Denver, CO.

Since arriving in CO, I have had a variety of jobs from Product Manager at Quark, to Creative Director at Celestial Seasonings, to Marketing Consultant at Knowledge Learning. Most recently, I have been in Account Management and Marketing for several packaging manufacturers. I was a key contributor for developing a patented, child resistant box for the cannabis industry.
